About me

Yoga has been part of my life for over a decade. I love the physical challenge of spicy, dynamic flows just as much as I cherish mindful breathwork and meditation. In 2024, I completed my 200h Yin & Yang Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Bliss in Indonesia. Since then, I’ve been enjoying the creative process of designing classes that guide students on a meaningful journey – for both body and soul.

My personal practice

In my personal practice, I explore dynamic Vinyasa flows with a focus on twists and arm balances, and find grounding in the rhythm and discipline of Ashtanga yoga. Breathwork is an essential part of my routine – a powerful tool for presence, clarity, and inner connection.
